Requirements:

· Education: Secondary qualification or Higher

· At least 3 years of work experience as a production area manager

· Language skills: Russian and English

· Software knowledge: ERP and MRP

Duties:

· Monitoring the selection of specialists and employees, the task and the execution of tasks.

· Organizing meetings and finding solutions to production problems by discussing them.

· Must be far-sighted in production processes and able to systematize workers.

· Regulate the activities of subordinate production, packaging, process automation, maintenance, mechanical and electrical departments and give related tasks. In relation to all orders and projects, he should plan in advance the production period, the raw materials that will be needed, the involvement of labor force and other issues and regularly inform the director about this.

· Forming disciplinary rules within the production, directly controlling their compliance and constantly maintaining them at a high level.

· To study, generalize and apply advanced local and foreign experience in production management.

· Preparation of normative legal acts of the enterprise related to norms of labor intensity and projected costs, norms of use of consumables.

· Operational management of the factory team and direct reporting to the head of the company.

 Job information:

· 6 days a week from 09:00 to 18:00

· Sundays are non-working days

· Lunch is provided at the expense of the company
