Four Seasons Hotel Baku
03/09/2009 - 03/09/2012
The 4Seasons Hotel project is one of IDEA’s most iconic and enduring achievements.
Launched in 2008–2009, IDEA was fully responsible for the building's architectural metalwork, including balconies, decorative façade elements, railings, a lightning rod, and a custom-designed 6-ton entrance gate.
A distinctive technical feature of this project is the entrance gate, which was engineered so that its hinges can be replaced without dismantling the gate itself – a rare and advanced solution.
Another engineering highlight is the 16-meter-high steel column structure, which was prefabricated in segments at our factory and then assembled with precision inside the hotel. All balconies were mounted using bolt systems with zero welding, ensuring both strength and visual integrity.
Additionally, IDEA manufactured all individual furniture for the hotel’s staff zones, including offices, kitchens, and service rooms, tailored exclusively for technical and operational areas.
Even after 16 years, the 4Seasons Hotel remains fully functional in the heart of the city with minimal maintenance – a testament to IDEA’s commitment to quality and durability.
