Custom reception desk from stainless steel, wood, stone, and metal

The Chelebi reception desk was manufactured and installed for a furniture and interior design store at Port Baku. The challenge was combining four distinct materials — each with different properties and finishes — into a single cohesive piece. A custom metal frame serves as the structural core, allowing anti-fingerprint stainless steel panels, wood veneer shelving, and a ceramic stone countertop to be mounted with precision and clean joinery throughout.

The desk has a clean, rectangular form with a modern yet industrial character. Anti-fingerprint stainless steel covers all exterior sides — front, back, left, and right — making it visually consistent from every angle. A cutout in the steel reveals a backlit white panel displaying the Chelebi logo, integrated directly into the face without additional fixtures. The interior-facing side features open shelving finished entirely in wood veneer. The ceramic stone countertop was selected and fitted to sit flush across the full length of the frame, requiring no complex installation — simply placed and level from the first fit.

Four materials, one coherent piece — manufactured and installed to fit the Chelebi store precisely.
