Corten Memorial Wall

Curved corten memorial wall with integrated LED lighting and custom internal structure

This corten steel memorial wall was fully designed and fabricated by our team, including the custom internal frame that gives the piece its precise curved form. While the surface appears seamless, the construction relies on a hidden metal substructure engineered to support the arch from the inside. This metal support structure is fully assembled using bolted joints, which also greatly simplified transportation to the site. As a result, the installation on-site took only one day.

The laser-cut text is backlit using internal LED lights, installed directly through custom-designed metal hinges—without any need for plexiglass or plastic inserts. This allows for a clean 3D visual effect while keeping the text clearly readable both day and night.

The entire structure, from inner frame to outer shell, was installed in just one day.
