The impregnated wood used in the pergola protects it from decay, insects, and termites in outdoor conditions. The pergola is painted with a water-based paint certified with "EN 71-3 Safety for Toys." The paint has water-repellent properties and protects the wood from ultraviolet rays, preventing color fading, drying, and cracking.

To avoid rust issues, all metal joints are galvanized.
